What To Expect?

Initial Spinal consult and examination - (45 mins-1 hour)

Upon arrival, you are required to fill out a new patient form. This will help us understand your health needs and concerns. This will be followed by health history consultation, and physical examination (including postural exam, range of movement, orthopaedic analysis and neurological integrity), followed by your initial treatment.

Report of Findings/Results - (30-40 mins)

Your Chiropractor will go through your examination findings and spinal health results. Each patient we see is very unique therefore your Chiropractic treatment plan and recommendations are tailored to your needs and goals. We will create a care plan that is best suited for you to achieve optimal results. You will receive treatment on this visit.

Follow up treatments

YOU ARE AMAZING, Congratulations, you are about to jump on one of the best journeys of your life time, we are super proud of you for taking this leap and will be with you every step of the way. Your personalised care plan will include chiropractic adjustments AND/OR trigger point therapy AND/OR cupping therapy. Specific techniques chosen will depend on your age, conditions and comfort levels. Chiropractors are highly trained professionals that have a range of techniques to suit individuals from new born to elderly.
